Quite simply you have to score all home runs to complete the mission, in other words hit the ball perfecly every time

Exactly your at a wrong place for haruka to enjoy herself. The place to go is the lottery. The bum in purgatory tells you to go to the lottery between Taihei Blvd. And Nakamichi St. But theres a catch to it though. You have to have 100,000 yen to enter. Youll see when you get there. But be ready your going to have to fight but make sure you have full health.
