I had this same problem and it took me a little while to figure out. So here it goes there will be this room with the single bridge, in the middle NOT the 3 bridges, and on the one side of the bridge there will be a ramp to get back up just in case you didn't know which one I was talking about. You have to cross the bridge and there will be this crate and you have to put them in there. NOTE: I had to go on the edge of the crate to be able to put them in.
