When I pass the game there were still characters to unlock who are they and how do you unlock them ? When you pass the game the 2nd time are there new missions or the same missions?

The last character is xavier, and you can only play as him in the astral plane level, I don't think you can play as him except for those levels. Also when you beat the game a second time it is exactly the same
