To get past the Colussus/ Nuke Plant Level you have have to find your way up to the broken pieces above Colossus. Make sure you have Jean Grey and another character who can weld (Cyclops, Storm, or Magma). Use Jean Grey's Telekenesis to move the pieces back in place. After that, use Storm/Magma/Cyclops to weld it in place. Do this to both pieces and you will be finished.
