when on the carrington mission (find fuse) go to the control room and look for a ladder going down...go down the ladder and find another ladder this will lead you to a pipe, when you go on that pipe look for a white platform leading to a door, when you open this door you'll find an important document.. This document is the sniperskill ^_^
