Can anybody PLEASE tell me how to defeat wendigo in Wendigo's lair?

All you have to do is when he runs at you dry to dodge him, once you have he will stop. Go behind him and hit/kick him ONCE then the strike option will come up. Use it and ta-da he will be dead as a do-do in no time.

Wait! I just remembered, he will stand weak in the middle of where ever you battle, go up to him STRIKE and next level in no time.
