You can only get him as a manager for Finalay, once unlocked in Undertakers RTWM. Once you unlock him, press R1 and up taunt to get Hornswaggle involved.
You can't playwith him you can only use him for manager and not only for finaly any one can use him
Hornswagle is only a manager for every superstar if you choose him.Hold r1 and press up taunt he will get out from under the ring and give you a shallaley he can only be used once and shallaley cannot be break
In the career mode when you check your opponents status against them they show hornswoogle how much star rating you got against him,and he has attributes and an OVERALL of 60,maybe there is a way of playing with him.
An easier way is a cheat like this one it's HornswoggleAsManager
