Use two player mode and have p1 get all the good superstars and make the best matches and p2 just plain suck.
I don't think you can. Unlike 2006 you can not use 2 player to win GM mode. So all you can do is find hints on GM sorry I don't have any.
The easiest way to do it is play it with two players but if you want to on two players just skip the other shows cards and keep it up for the rest of the time.Then at the end of the year you will be awarded gm of the year trophy.Hope I helped you.
