How do you climb the turn buckle in the corner?

Run into it
You run into it and then to jump off the turnbuckle you press square( you can use different moves by moving the analog stick)
P.S. If you don't know it already run is triangle
To climb the turnbuckle you press the left analog stick in the direction of the turnbuckle that you want to climb and then press triangle at the same time. Once you are on top of the turnbuckle press square to use a dive attack. To use different attacks you can press the seft analog stick in different directions.
