As far as you want it to go...(The longest i've ever heard anyone play it for was for 5 seasons...)

GM mode never ends. You only have to do one year and have the most ratings to win the gm trophie. At the end of the year there is a draft lottery that mixes the shows wrestlers up. After this another show starts.
