You have to beat the amateur challenges.

Your ranking has to get REALLY low and it will take ya to heat and then after that youll unlock it..BUT after that try getting you stats up to get back to raw or smackdown then youll be able to go anytime to HEAT! Hope this helped ya

You unlock the Heat arena by completing the Ameteur challenges. Doing this will also unlock the Velocity arena.
