You can't play as a diva in story mode create a diva and make their gender unknown now you can play as a women in story mode

1)create a diva
2)after creating change its gender to male
3) play season till your power reach 100
4) remove your player from season(Note: Make sure you don't hold any title belt otherwise it will not remove)
4) go in create, change the gender back to female
5) enjoy
