First you have to play season mode with a created superstar to increase it's power to100 then you can create any superstar of power level 100 By :-

1- go to `create a superstar' option.
2-Now go to 'Copy' option.
3-copy the created superstar with hundred power.
4-now go to 'edit' option and create your new superstar.It will have 100 power points.you can do this as many time as you want.

I cannot play the Season with a created superstar what should i do?

is it includes attribute points along with power points?
