For shu you have to do the chapter 7x mission: rescue the people and defeat the officers and soldiers under 2 mins. For Wei, during chapter 7x: during the battle at the mountain defeat Da Ji withing 2 mins, I find it easier to just keep following her and clear out the enemy officers on her way and simply wait for her to deflect then beat her. For Wu, during chapter 7x save Sun Jian and Sun Quan under 3 mins and wait for the scene where he kills orochi's officer. For Samurai, this one is hard just defeat 1000 people while not letting your comander die. Hope this helps.
