Stay behind the pillars while hes lazering. When he sits his sheild will be of. Get him with anything you can. He will stand up and lazer some more. Repeat that untill he blows up and comes out of the ufo. The only way to hurt him is to throw his ufo bits at him. Eventually he will explode and drop his armor. Now just kill him like any other monsters. Stay clear of his combos. If you are raptros or preytor try to fly above him and circle+triangle special him.
