How do you get the doll for harriet up behind the door? I know how to open the door by whistling when I'm up there but I can't get up. I'm puzzled?

To the left of that is a cage, you have to go in and pull the lever which puts the elevator up. You then have to go halfway up the hill to get to the upper platforms and can jump to the elevator. From there, if you use your umbrella, you can land up top where the door is.
