You can unlock Mr slam by beating the mini game in LOS Angles,hope I helped ,please chek the questions in the game and try to answer it.I asked a question from 3 weeks and I didnt get a single answer.

When you reach Monaco level(single player only)reach the minigame and beat it you shall destroy a number of racing cars running inthe wrong way without touching themthere are two rewards get the special reward to unlock it.

You can unlock Axel in russia mini-game,hammer head by beating the mini game in Tokyo,dark tooth when you beat the story mode on any difficulty andm Tower tooth when you beat the story mode in 5 different characters.
