"texas" is the cheat you are looking for.
Unfortunately you can yust get all weapons you wuld find in the level you are.
There is no way to have ALL weapons. And you canīt get tihis nuclear weapon by using a cheat. You can only find it in chapter 10 (Halls of battle). In one mission of this chapter you are in a giant circle room without a roof and there is a pillar in the center of the room, protected by a energy shield. You will be attacked by many slegs and finally by a large honed dinosaur with four legs.
That beast is a tough enemy, but if you kill it you will be able to climb to the top of the pillar. There is the nuclear upgrade and ammo. But unfortunately you will have only one shot and only in this mission. I have never seen any ammo for this weapon anywhere else.

Sorry, I need to correct myself:
The only place where you can find and use the nuke is "The Arena", the last level of chapter 8 "Assult". But the describtion of the place is correct. This level gives you a little foretaste of "The Final" meeting with Bruckner.
By the way:
Donīt use the Invisible-Cheat in chapter 6 "Shadowed Lands". Once you reach the level "The Bridge" you wonīt be able to go on, because you have to kill some Raptors and they wonīt come if they canīt see you.
Turok Evolution Frog Massacre (a little fun hint):
At "Ruined City", the second level of capter 6 "Shadowed Lands" there is a wounded man, you have to talk to. After talking youīll be under attack by Raptors. You have to kill them. Once the last died, the man will open a gate, which leads to a dead end with a Tarkeen Key. If you pass the door youīll fall down a bit and stand in a circle place full of frogs with a path to go on. The frogs arenīt able to leave this circle place and they will jump away from you, if you get close to them, so you can drive them all to the path. The frogs will just sit very close to each other in front of the path, unable to move forwad. If you now throw a grenade at them it will kill them all at once. Thatīs a real mess.
