How do you put street upgrades on cars? I have put every car I know of in there and it won't let me put a street upgrade on them! Some one help me out!

Drive around the city in one of your cars for a bit and eventually on the map youll see a picture of a wrench, drive your car there and go inside the auto shop inside your car. A menu will come up. Thats where you can buy a street upgrade.
You must have your own car from car dealerships and police garage that you bought to put a street upgrade on.
You can only upgrade cars that you own, all the cars you own have the save name on the licence plate.
