I don't know what the cheat does, I thought it made other cops like you, up your good - bad cop status or up your promotion status or something like that. But really I don't know. Anyway TC NYC is easy, you shouldn't need cheats.
The super cop cheat...hmm....oh yeh....u know how if you kill alot of people and stuff you get wanted? Yeh, it just doesnt make you're wanted bar go up
It makes it so as soon as you flash your badge your rouge meter goes down even if you have a wanted level so highevery cop in the city after you. It also slows down the rouge meter from going up that fast.
