Does anyone know where the secret level is on moscow?

First go to the big statue. Then go up the stairs were that dome is. Then you should see some windows in the big building. One of these windows is breakable. Inside this window the secret level should be there. I hope this helps.
There is a big red building and a lot of windows on the building.
Go to the back and bust through a window it's the 5th window, it's
closest to the ground.
Go to the red building at the beginning with 5 russian letters on it, climb on to the left hand side, grind the dark brown ledge and you shpuld jump through a window, go back in the window and up some stairs, there you should find the icon. I hope this helps you!!!
