Lock pick
Any hints of how to do this any faster, as I can't get it done fast.

You can always use a Disposable Pick if you have it.
It's a device for quickly boring out the cylinder of a locked door.
You can use it by selecting it from Inventory and pressing R1 in a locked door.

The pick only works on the the diagonals. IF you think about the left thumbstick as a compass, the pick will only work at NE, SE, NW, and SW. Just go around in a circle with the left thumb stick and you'll find it quickly
