In the Kinshasa level. You have to kill or save Hisham Hamza, but you can also fake his death if I'm right. How do you fake his death? I tried getting an enemy in his car and then blow it up but that didn't work out, please help!

There is no provision for a car and there is no way to plant an enemy in it
In order to fake his death, you have to take Hisham to the iron bar near the car park, NOT the gate near the SUV. Once you take him there, you'll get a cutscene, then go ahead and kill one of the guards and put his body in the SUV(knocking a guard out also might work, I haven't tested it yet) then blow it up. If you did everything right then Emile won't suspect you and you're trust should be right in the middle.
