I was wondering how you complete the second water wheel in africa. Can..

Hey Dude,
After you "activate" the first water wheel, go to the part just after the first set of traps(which by now should be working). Face the room so that the working water wheel is on your right. Go in that direction, and you will see a small rock that you can get up so you are elevated by just a teeny bit. Then, time your jump so that when you do, Lara clings onto one of the poles protruding from the wheel.

Then, turn around so Lara is facing the opposite direction. You will see that there is a rope that you have to hold on to. Once again, perfect timing is needed so you can get to the platform on the left.

Activate Manual Lock-on, and target the swinging metal platform in the middle of the rock platforms on the right, and on the left. Grapple on, and pull it. Get on it, and grapple on to the small column on the other side. Once you get on to the next platform, face the second(unmoving) water wheel, and swing onto the bars. Then, hold on to the stairs that you will see. Climb up, and maneuver through the next set of caverns.

At one point, you will get to a part where there is a big cavern(And a jaguar). Kill the jaguar(But I highly suggest you don't, because it's really fun to see it drown when the water comes back, but it's entirely up to you), then go to the left side of the cavern. Get up to the broken staircase, and then cling on the elevated place there. Then, when you get to the end, if you look down, you'll see the water on the other side. Jump into the water, and get up on the metal raft, using the grappling hook to maneuver it from place to place.

Once you get to the other side, climb up the ladder located on the wall and jump on the big rectangular rock. It should move down. Get on the other one as it comes into level with the one your on, and jump on it. Quickly jump onto the platform in front of it.

Once on top, grab onto the wall and shimmy across.

Then, when you're on the platform, step on the floor plate. A crate beside you on the moving plate should drop off. Use the now empty plate to jump across to the middle, then to the next. Move the box on the other side onto the floor plate on it's side, and then go back to the middle.

Grapple onto the shiny thing, and pull it.
