What I did to get that one was you go into create a golf course and just create one that consists of all par 5's. You have to keep playing it until you reach the amount of eagles you need to get the trophy ball. It is tough but you can do it

in response it also helps to make sure your fairway is really dry so that the ball travels further, the rough is not thick etc. Just make sure you make it as easy as possible to get these eagles!
