I need help on the working out bit.
I've got 10/10 heaving bag
10/10 press ups
8/10 sit ups (need help)
5/10 chin ups (really need help)

The chin ups and the sit ups are the hardest to do. The only tips I can give you is keep practising or you could do what I do which is putting the remote on the floor so it doesn't wobble. Hope this helps
