Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

When do I do the anger management mission...

...I can't tag all stile's face without her grabbing the can and spaying it back in mine...how do I tag HER face and complete the mission ?

I had the same problem. My Sim was apparently too nice; so I annoyed her.

In the case of Fergie, she and I had a relationship of 99, so I asked her to join my crew (Act Friendly/ Join Crew). Controlling her sim, I had her use romantic socials on Taboo, until they had hearts.

While in the same room, I used romantic socials on Taboo. I let Fergie give me a sound whupping and controlling back and forth, using mean socials on eachother to speed along progress, then, I was ready to use mean socials, until could successfully tag her.
