Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

For the Roxanne Hardplace mission...the walkthrough tells me to "Get Stringbean and Loop D. Loop to join my crew, then to go to Foundry and call them over.

Once they are at Foundry I am to switch to them and change their style." My question is how do I switch to them and do I need to be in their district to ask them to join my crew?

Ok 2 ask them 2 join the crew go 2 friendly and go all the way down. It'll say join crew. It might not work the 1st time but keep trying. 2 switch 2 them press r2

You can be anywhere to ask them to join your crew. You have to get friends with them, and ask to join crew (on the act friendly... Option). They will probably refuse it when you first try, saying they are too hungry, for exemple. So wait for them to do what they have to do, like eat something. Then, you ask again. When they finally join your crew, go to The Foundry, press square and find the option to call urb, then select them. Wait for them to appear, change to them, by pressing L2, and lead them to the place where you change your clothes, and make them wear any foundry shirt.
