3 sim days. It goes by faster if you have the fill all motives cheat. It's L2 R1 < O up. Assign a sim to watch the baby and don't keep them too busy. Once the baby starts crying, feed it, sing to it, then sing to it again and it will go back to sleep. However, don't let it cry too long or you will get a warning from the child protective services that they are going to take away your baby if you neglect it any longer. !!DO NOT IGNORE THIS AND LET IT KEEP CRYING!! Run over to that baby and give it some attentione, because they really will come and take your baby away. Haha when I had my first baby, both of my sims went to work at the same time and they came while they were at work. It really sucked.. Lol

It takes 3 days, I found an easy way by getting the fill all motives cheat, then putting the baby and an adult sim in a room with no door, a bed, a couch, and something fun in it, so then a sim is always there to look after the baby. And when the baby cries feed it the sing to it an repeat once and the baby stops crying. And when the adult sims mood is in the red just click the gnome for the fill all motives cheat and then your sim will always be happy
