Firstly you need the fortune telling table that Malcom stole. To get this just add 1000 Simoleans to the house. It should be in the misc. catolouge.

Now buy one and wait until the ghosts come. Now use the contact spirits option. If you succsefully did it a note will pop up. See this note pop up twice and you should unlock the skeleton display in the decorative catalogue. Hope I've helped!

Firstly, you have to unlock the seance table. Either use the cheat to unlock all objects, or unlock it by improving Goth Manor. Once youv'e unlocked it, buy it and put it in the room where it was before, and click on the table and theirs two options. Click on the option where it says 'Contact Spirits', btw if its in the morning/afternoon, it probarbly wont work, it only works at night i think.
