Question for The Sims 2: Castaway
How do you get or make the wooden fishing pool? I just completed the ceremonial dive and now I can't catch a shark. Help...
Comment:(Mar 1 2008) but wen i go into my plans it doesnt have any plans for he wooden fishin pole and i already have the bamboo one.

To make the fishing rod go in the plans-tools.then if you have the materials make it. Then in the place where you landed after the jump aim the rod and swing the pole. Make sure the end is in the water to catch it.

Actually, you do not need a wooden fishing pool to hunt a shark. I hunted a shark by using bamboo fishing pool only (actually is my sister helped me hunt a shark^^). What should you do is just fishing non-stop at the area of Tidal pool of 3rd island.
