It is easy. What you do is you need to throw a party but make sure your have these stuff: at least one hot tub, two cool boxes, something that plays music and at least two bathrooms with tolites. After you have them you need to serve two meals, then refill the cool boxes, but the music on then go to the phone and find throw a party, then press x. When they come have some food then go in the hot tub, when you are in invite the sim who you want to be roomates with, after that start talking to her make sure you mood is good. When you have finishn talking, press x on the sim then find something that says roomates.
