Ok just buy the treadmill(which is a special item)or the weight lifter.

Swim in the swimming pool buy a tredmill of a weightlifter.
After a while a screen will come up, saying that you have gotten a body point !!!!

Do FREEALL and buy a treadmill or a swimming pool and take loads of time on it.

To get your body points in faster, you need to get a aroma whifferpuff and when you click on it, click on the third or fourth option.
