how do i get my sim to stop being depressed all the time?
Almost everytime I try to get my sim to study or fix things or work out my sim always says "im too depressed."
Plz someone. I really need help.

It is best to raise all of your sims mood levels before working out, fixing things, or studying. This way your sim will be able to workout or fix or study for a longer period of time.

You need to make your sim do fun stuff, anything that can raise his fun level.

Get your social ,energy, and fun level all the way up then try it worked for me but it doesn't work all the time you just have to keep trying

She has all motives full and still can't do anything , she doesnt have a grumpy trait or anything :L

Ya same with mine. She lays in bed all day and wont do anything adn when she sits up she flaps her arms around and stuff

My sim has all these kids so she needs to do stuff for them but she never can becouse she is always down in the dunps. I ferfill all her wished and keep the bars full on al the needs. All her emotiocans (or whatever there called) are all +10 or +15 but she is always yellow or red!!!!!

Well what I do is easy I buy a tv or a computer make them watch it or play it for a bit and buy a hot tub and all those fun things that will stop you from being so depressed and then make them have a snack hope it works
