How do you change Bart's clothes in level 2. I can't seem to find it.

Hi my friend, sorry if this is late. You have to go to Moe's tavern which is near the train station side of the town, right next to the car wash. Or you can go to the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles, it is also where Patty & Selma work)Once you're in one of those buildings you should see a clothes icon (not in the middle of a mission)go up to the icon and press triangle you can then select which clothes you want to buy/switch too if you've already bought it (you will also need enough coins to buy clothes)
