I have found two, and here they are explained :

1. At the Catacombs, after you destroy the monster's hand you will have to fly down to the bottom, until a circle with pieces of wood in it, land on it and go straight until a pool with water in it, search for places near this pool and you will find him, wearing a dark and shadowy helmet.
Use Cynder's Shadow Magic by upgrading until getting an action that can be operated by pressing and holding the R1 to release shadow, once enough magic is used on him the helmet go off his face and can be damaged, be sure also to roll away from him, keep attacking him until he swings he spear and roll, once swung, roll to him again and keep attacking him.
The trickiest is when he uses something like electricity on you, it damages a lot, even if you roll away.

2.In Valley of Avalar, there will be a cliff where on top of it a windmill like thing, this indicates where the enemy is climb to him and he will be wearing a glowing red helmet, use Cynder's Fear Magic, by pressing and holding the R2 button on him, once the magic is enough on him, the helmet will go off him, he is easier than the first one, but faster, once he swings his spear dodge him by rolling, and when he jumps roll the opposite direction he jumped or roll left or right (sometimes you will need to roll two times), but if you run out of Mana, there will be green gems on a land in the same place you fight the enemy, the land is higher and visible to anyone, there will be a red gem behind a very low land which is also visible when you go to the higher land, but use the green gems to refill your Mana while fighting and use Spyro to use electricity magic on him, you could also defeat him easily when electrifying the enemy with Spyro, and attack him with Cynder, this lets the the enemy EASIER TO DEFEAT.
