Question for The Hulk

The level I am struggling on starts with the title Infiltration. Banner climbs over a fence and is in the prison and needs to save a hostage.

There are two white vans which he hides behind to keep away from the three guards.

Once he has got past the guards there is another fence with sleeping guard dogs. The spotlights are going round constantly.

There is a small single crate in the middle of the fence by the dogs which you can move towards 2 x 2 crates.

Once you have done this green arrows show to go up but once you are on top of the crate Banner does not go anywhere.

He has to get over the fence somehow but I cannot work out where I am going wrong.

Please help!!!

Oh boy I'm stuck on this too! Banner does not jump from that damn small crate onto the big crate. Ive tried everything. Im hoping someone answers your question soon!!
