how do you beat him or which car to use please help me out and if theres any cheats or glitchs please let me know as it happen to me last night i was upgrading the car then it went to black screen don't know wha happen?

The mitsubishi gto or nissan skyline gt-r or the srt-4 all fully moded if you needs more cash do the 35000 nismo 350z s-tune glitch (buy for 35000 sell for 37300)it takes a bit but it's practically limitless so then you got money to tinker with different ones hope this helps

All lv4 tuned car helps. If it's RWD (MR or FR), change the traction control to on (in case you turn it off). Then handle some corners with drift and/or crashing any walls.

I defeated with dodge viper. I defeated others repeatedly and came to with with fully upgraded viper as it has high torque. It's easy to beat him . You can also use any other high torque cars like fully upgraded mustang GTR concept
