He's not in this game, not in one player at least. In two player I think you can play as him there, but he is not in one player. The guy in the back is a guy called Heshin, or something like that. He's a theif, and he is so cool. If you want more details on him, ask.

You can only unlock Tatsumaru in multiplayer mode , he is not playable in story. but to unlock him in multiplayer mode versus, complete the level assasinate the evil tenrai B the last level then he will be unlocked, but if you want to do it the easy way and unlock everyone else in multiplayer mode, enter in this cheat and all characters will be unlocked including Tesshu whois playable in story mode

do this at the Title screnn..
You should hear a kind of drum sound if you have done the cheat correctly now go to multiplayer versus and you will have unlocked everyone including Tatsumaru but don't forget you cannot play as him in story mode if you havn't retrieved Tesshu either yet, look now on story mode character select and he will be there.

Tatsumaru is only playable in two player Death Match mode. The guy in the back is Tesshu, to get him you can use the unlock all characters cheat or beat the game with Rikkimaru and Ayame.

You can only unlock Tessu. He is a docter by day, an assassin by night. You must do missions, battle Rikimaru, and kill to gain money to buy weapons and stuff.
