You need to get 7 dragon balls.then make your first as a anything.then wish it wiill unlocked second set of wish as a enhanced.there will three choices of character.there will be majin vegeta,ultimate gohan, and king piccolo.after you make 5 wish then a wish to get videl.then at last after you make 10 wish you make another wish for to unlock mecha freiza.
