If this you mean Summoner 1 then you have four rings to collect...

Seen as you have two, the third ring is in Ikaemos Palace.

After you have the ring of light you should head back to Lenele to speak with Yago who will have you take an audience with the king queen and prince of Medeva. Then talk to both the prince and queen and listen to what they say and follow there instructions it will help you get the last two rings.
