I know there is one on the top floor in the armory area, if Fleces pick lock skill isn't enough this is the room that is locked and there is a key if you clear out the other side. Then if you go downstairs from there the next one is in the big room to your left with all the basites in it. There is the third in one of the green sectioned off areas near the partially flooded area in the center of the bottom floor. And I am sorry to say those are the only three I can remember off hand but if one of those is the one you needed.
