Talk to the man near the armor shop near Na-Nal, he will say something about the runemaster. He should be there. Then go to the runeshop and talk to the man that is selling runes. There should be a scene involving Jeane. Then respond to what Jeane says. Naturally, you will ask her to join your group, then you will get her.
