No sorry. There is no cheat for unlimited soldiers. There is an unlimited health cheat, check the Cheats section for details. Technically, if you can't die, you could still win. Just hang out at and strategic objective and wait for enemies to blunder up to you, eventually you either kill them all, or there will be few enough of them so you can capture other points. Its takes awile, but it's better than losing.

I don't think there is, but you can increase the number of reinforcements you get by changing it using the options menu. Problem is your opponents will also get more reinforcements.

No, but there is an Invincibility cheat and here it is if you need it:
Up, Up, Up, Left,
Down, Down, Down,
Left, Up, Up, Up,
Left, Right. Hope I helped!
