No you don't get anything special for getting Legendary in all categories.

Yes there is. If you switch to your secondary weapon then switch back, you will have a flechette shotgun if you have legendary in regulator, an elite rifle for frenzy, a precision pistol in gunslinger, the beam rifle in marksman and the better rocket launcher for demolition.

If you get legendary on something, you will automatically start with that award at the beginning of each level. But other than that....no.
