The systems are the life support,communications relay,sensor relay,command bridge and the engines.

Life support- underneath at the front (its a dome)
Engines- At the back
Command bridge- Varys from at the front to the back depending on the faction
Sensor relay- Around the middle
Communications array- Varys (its a circular thing that rotates it's quite small)
Frigates(small ships)- They vary in positions around the destroyer ships.
Shields- Bomb anywhere and everywhere.
I recommend you use a bomber because they have good armour and powerful bombs. The only disadvantage is theyre a bit slower and use up boost (press R3 and then hold it forward) a bit faster.
