You put your crosshairs on a guy and when it turns blue push the up or down d pad butten I forget which one aka the d pad is the gray cross buttens on the left

The pad that has the directional buttons like up down left right just press up while facing them and they will folo you but you can only have up to 4 people folo you if you're a general and lower and it's 1 less.....

Aim your crosshair at a friendly unit. When it turns blue, press the up button. If you are in a vehicle, just press the up button and somebody will get in if there is a spot available.

Point the cross hairs near someone and then press the up button. If you are a private, only one person at a time will follow you. The higher rank you have, more people will follow you.

You go up to a guy on your side and press the up button on your side controls not your joy stick. They should say something like right away sir or somrthing like that.
