Question:

Yavin IV

Date of Question: Mar 17 2008 | Question ID: 113029

On Yavin IV (Revenge of the Empire), I keep getting stuck. It's usually either at the very end (killing the Rebel leaders, the Bothan spies) or defending the pool for two minutes. Do the turrets make a huge impact? The most recent time I got to the slaying of spies, I got two of them. I had 25 reinforcements left, and I was about to win. There was just one problem: The last Bothan spy was under the ground. He was back where the other two had been, but below the floor! There's no visible way to get down there...is there? Below the floor in the Rebel base on Yavin?

If he was in the floor, it is probably a glich. To kill the bothans, I get a tank from the front of the building and just shoot into that room. Defending the pool is tough. There is one entrance that they use to come into the area. I use the dark trooper. I charge up the shock gun and when a group comes in I hit them with the chareged up weapon. I personally ddon't like turrets, because you can't take out a major group with them, and there are spots that the turrets can't shoot at. But that is just a matter of your choice.

Well the way I deal with the Bothans is to get a Dark Trooper and then use a tank to travel as far into the base as possible, jump out ignoring any other enemies and use a charged attack to take out the Bothans. The nature of the Dark Troopers attack means that it will take out all of them even if they do go invisible. To defend the pool I stay near the CP and use a sniper to take them out at a distance and if they get too close respawn as a stormtrooper.

Turrets are not really a problem it's the infantry you need to worry about.

Every time I've tried to do this there was some sort of glitch and the bothan spy was under the ground shooting me. And I was the last person on my team and he was the last on his.
