Okay,
In his 1st form, he'l be surrounded by ice ball things... Use the flame breath 2 destroy them and then flame him.

He'l then use magic and make himself a bit bigger and surround himself with fire balls. Use the ice breath 2 destroy them and then use it on him.
Then you have 2 face his 3rd and final form where he makes himself really big and ugly. Just avoid him until you can hear his sceptre charging on the ground. Use ure electric breath on it until he is defeated.
