Can anyone tell me where and how to activate both of Otto's water wheels I stuck and can't go anywhere else?

ANSWERS

Well the first is found in a lil cave with two men and 4 dogs guarding it. Inside you will find a large water wheel.

Notice that there are two poles sticking out of the centre. Swing from one to the other, this will ge the wheel turning. You will have to do this several times to get the wheel in full motion.

The second wheel is found at the pool where otto is. There is an opening in the left back corner of the pool. You will have to fly from the ledge opposite (where there is an enemy) down there you will find a bridge that is made up when you destroy a dark shard.

This bridge forks. Go to the right path and follow it through. You will find a similar structure to the first waterwheel but his time there are three ledges. Jump onto the first ledge, then hop to the second and third.

The weight of spyro will get the wheel in motion. There is a monitor in the top right corner of the screen, only when this is full will you be able to jump off ...

... Then the pool will be filled and you will recieve your reward ... Dude.

Hey ottos water wheels is easy
You have to spin on the wheels on the big water wheel really fast to make the big wheel turn you will have a meter to show how fast your going you have to keep the big red bar full on both on the second water wheel you have to jump from lil pad to lil pad to make the big wheel turn when you get them going fast enuff the water in the big pond will fill you get an egg for one and a lite gem for the other it can be hard but keep trying you will build momentum making the wheel turn
